Meeting with the Agricultura Credit Corporation ,The meeting addressed ways of partnership and cooperation in support of the agricultural sector."
This morning, Monday, September 1, 2025, the Administrative Board of the Jordan Agricultural Materials Traders and Producers Association, represented by H.E. the President Mr. Saleh Al-Yassin, met with H.E. the Director General of the Agricultural Credit Corporation, Eng. Mohammad Doujan Al-Balaoneh.
The meeting addressed aspects of partnership and cooperation in support of the agricultural sector.
For his part, Eng. Mohammad Doujan outlined the role of the Corporation in supporting, developing, and advancing agriculture, increasing and improving production, providing financing and financial support to the agricultural sector, and facilitating credit services to contribute to sustainable development.
Eng. Saleh Al-Yassin expressed his gratitude to the Corporation for the opportunity of this meeting, which will serve as a platform for communication, cooperation, and partnership to adopt the best solutions that serve the agricultural sector. He also affirmed support for any initiatives aimed at developing and advancing the sector and expressed appreciation for the Corporation’s efforts in supporting several seed companies and agricultural nurseries.
He further explained that the Association comprises a number of factories and companies operating in the agricultural pesticides sector, public health and veterinary sector, fertilizer sector, as well as seed companies and companies supplying agricultural production inputs.
During the meeting, several aspects were discussed through which support could be provided to the agricultural sector, in a way that benefits both farmers and traders, enhances the sector’s capacity, and ensures the sustainability of work and production.
